We have a professional technical team familiar with die casting die structure, design, production, processing and other related processes, and understand the IATF16949 system.

MOLD MAKING

The company has annual production of large and medium-sized die-casting mold manufacturing capacity. The company has 8 CNC machining centers, 3 high-speed milling machining centers, 7 EDM machines, Slow Wire there are 4 sets of wire cutting, 11 sets of middle wire cutting, 1 set of coordinate measuring instrument, 1 set of contour scanner, 1 set of mold closing machine, 1 set of deep hole drill, 1 set of plane grinding machine, 5 sets

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Testing equipment is an indispensable means to ensure the mold manufacturing process, and high-quality quality management team with precision testing equipment is the guarantee to create high-quality mold. The Quality Department is equipped with two high-precision CMMs and 3D scanners. We promise to issue the full-scale report within three days and 3D scanning report within two days after the product mold trial.
